Dr Gary is a lifelong learner bringing 40 years of creative "careship" experience to growing new leaders, energizing tired leaders and creating a vibrant team culture. His path of growth started with a struggling business that endured a failed consulting experience consisting of a long "to do list".

The list failed to fix the business. He then was told "you obviously y can't do this"so " close the business and work for someone else who can. The team then asked to try a mentor-coach before giving up. "Walter", the coach immediately said, " you can do this, I will show you how to become a leader..and I will be there with you and your team."

Leadership awareness and skills were the pivot point in Dr Gary's path to a different life; moving from struggling to thriving. For the next 35 years, the business was recognized by its performance as one of the top 5% in his industry of health care. Leadership skills brought creativity, communication, and culture to himself and his team. Confusion turned to clarity. Energy replaced burnout. Profits tossed out worry. Leadership skills transformed Dr Gary, his team, and his future.
