Dr Gary, a lifelong learner who draws on over four decades of creative leadership to equip new leaders, energize seasoned ones and help teams to thrive. Like many entrepreneurs, he started with a dream that soon became a challenge to support. A consultant arrived with a binder full of “all of the answers” and “you do” lists. She had all of her answers, and asked very few questions. When it failed to produce results, the final answer was, “you failed.” His team then urged him to find a coach. He found Walter. Walter arrived with lots of questions and immediately said, “We can do this. I will show you how to become a leader…and I will be there to help.”

This was the pivot point. Walter equipped Dr Gary with leadership habits that began the move to an amazing, happy business for the next 35 years. Leadership habits brought creativity, communication, and a growth culture that led to consistent top 5% performance for his health care industry. Confusion turned to clarity. Energy replaced burnout.
